New Cross Hospital was recently given a glowing review by the Care Quality Commission. A review of the Hospital for 2008/2009 deemed the quality of services at New Cross “excellent” and the quality of financial management as “good”. Wednesfield car depot destroyed by Fire
The Express & Star reports that a Wednesfield car depot was today destroyed by Fire. More then a dozen cars were destroyed at Auto Technique on Strawberry Lane, Wednesfield and Fire Crews spent more than five hours battling the blaze. Ludlow overhauled a 3-1 deficit at half-time to run out 4-3 winners against Wednesfield.
