Cafe Des Marguerites – New Coffee Shop in Wednesfield

Cafe Des Marguerites is a new coffee shop open on Wednesfield High Street in the former Edwards Butchers shop (opposite the Royal Tiger).

Owned by Wolverhampton coupleĀ MargaretĀ and Steve Phillips, they’ll be offering up an array of the usual hot and cold drinks along with a selection of Sandwiches, Soups, Toasties, Paninis and Jacket Potatoes.

With comfortable seating, space for wheelchairs and high chairs available everyone is welcome. Steve & Margaret are also inviting local musicians to drop in their CDs to be played in the cafe to help get your music heard locally.

Opening Hours are Monday to Saturday 10am – 4pm and from experience we can highly recommend the cream teas!

About the Author

I have nearly always lived in Wednesfield, I moved away briefly but missed the sense of community and so swiftly moved back! I honestly believe Wednesfield has more to offer than the residents often give it credit for and wanted to do something to redress the balance of negativity around where we live. Working for a media company using the internet and social media as a marketing tool I had the skills and passion to help set up WV11.co.uk so did!
