Wednesfield teenager killed in cycling accident

A 16 year old school boy suffered serious injuries and subsequently died yesterday after being involved in a collision with a skip lorry.
Tyron Allen, from Ashmore Park, was cycling along Sandbeds Road, Willenhall at about 10.30am when the accident happened.

Residents fight meals on wheels charges

The Stirrer reports that over 1200 Wednesfield residents have signed a petition against Wolverhampton City Council’s plans to double the cost of Hot meals from it’s Meals On Wheels service.
