Down the at the “bottom shops” (anyone local to Ashmore Park will know what that means for everyone else it’s the larger of Ashmore Park’s shopping precincts) is a craft store. When I was little I always knew it as “the wool shop” as that was where my Nan used to get her knitting supplies [...]
The shop unit which used to be home to the Wednesfield branch of Woolworths is set to re-open on Tuesday 1st December as a Discount Food store “Bargain Foods”.
The High Street location will offer bargain groceries and frozen foods from the Wolverhampton-based retailer and will be open 9am-5.30pm on weekdays and 10am-4pm on Saturdays.
