This year’s Wednesfield Community Fayre takes place this Saturday, 17th July at Wednesfield High School from 11am – 3pm.
The Fayre is a charity event and all funds raised will be donated to local charity Compton Hospice.

“The Ashmore Park Choir had a concert booked for next Sat.19th June but unfortunately the venue we were to appear at has cancelled. We have managed to rearrange and it will now take place at St Alban’s Church, Griffiths Drive beginning at 7:30pm – entrance is free.”

The Carver Wolverhampton City Marathon takes place this year on Sunday 5th September.
There are several opportunities to get involved either running (full marathon, half marathon, relay challenge event or the children’s mini-marathon) as well as the 19.4km cycling event which includes wheelchair racers.
