Detectives in Wolverhampton are investigating two robberies on taxi drivers in the Eastfield area over the last few days.
The first incident took place on 5 January at 9.30pm in St Giles Crescent in Eastfield where a 38-year-old male taxi driver had cash, a sat nav system and a ring stolen.
The second incident occurred at 10pm last night (Thursday) also in St Giles Crescent where a second taxi driver, a 46-year-old man, had the same items stolen as the previous incident.
A 21-year-old Wednesfield man was arrested in Eastfield on suspicion of both robberies. He is currently helping police with their enquiries.
