CCTV image of suspected shoplifter

Local Police are appealing for help from the public after £175 worth of fragrances were stolen from a chemist.

Local Police are appealing for help from the public after £175 worth of fragrances were stolen from a chemist.

The items were taken from Boots on Bentley Bridge Retail Park at around 3:30pm on Wednesday 5 January, 2011.

CCTV in the store has captured an image of a woman officers want to speak to in connection with the incident. (click on the thumbnail for a larger version)

PC Chris Russell, from Wednesfield South neighbourhood policing team, said: “We are very keen to speak to this woman and I encourage anyone who knows who she is, or indeed the woman herself, to get in touch with us.

“Anyone with any information should call Wolverhampton Police on 0345 113 5000 or the independent charity Crimestoppers anonymously on 0800 555 111.”
