This spring Wolverhampton Homes will launch newly modernised and decorated one and two bedroom apartments on the Hickman Estate, close to Bentley Bridge.

The apartments have a central heating and water system fed by a communal plant room. It is energy efficient and individually controlled in each apartment. You will pay for your heating and hot water on a Pay-As-You-Go system, which means you only pay for the energy you use, when you use it.

Location

The apartments are close to Wednesfield village centre and Bentley Bridge shopping and entertainment centre with cinema, bowling and a variety of shops and restaurants.

Wolverhampton City Centre is a short bus ride away and junction 10 of the M6 is a five minute drive.

There is easy access to excellent transport links with Wolverhampton Railway station close by and access to the M6 and M54.

Features

The apartments include a living room/diner with feature living flame electric fire and fitted storage cupboard. They are unfurnished and many have floor to ceiling windows allowing natural light and fabulous views of Wolverhampton.

Rent and Charges

The rent for these apartments is £86 per week (£356 per month) for two bedrooms and £79 per week (£327 per month) for one bedroom. This figure includes a service charge.

How to apply

To be considered for these apartments, you must be registered with Homes in the City. The apartments will be advertised in batches each week during February 2013 and will be available for letting later in the spring. Open days will be arranged so that you can view the show flats.

References will be checked and successful applicants will be asked to sign a Good Neighbour Agreement and complete an affordability check before being offered a tenancy.
