Operation Snap
West Mercia Police have launched Operation Snap, the facility to allow members of the public to submit digital footage from dash-cams, mobile phones, home security cameras or any other digital devices, if they capture footage of any wrongdoing on the roads.
Report poor driving and dangerous behaviour
As part of Operation Snap, members of the public can submit digital footage showing potential traffic offences. This can range from driving dangerously or carelessly to overtaking on solid white lines, using a mobile phone while driving, ignoring traffic lights or dangerous driving around other road users, such as horse riders and cyclists.
To upload your footage, go to the Operation Snap website and click on the secure form link. Your submission will be reviewed by the traffic officers who will look to enforce against any offences committed.

Will this include pavement Parker’s who cause pedestrians to go into the road to get past?
I suppose it could, you should check with WMPolice or see if their website has more details.
Will ownership of the videos be confidential?
You would need to speak to the police if you have concerns over confidentiality.
