Take part in the Wednesfield art project survey

A public art project wants to hear your views and opinions on Wednesfield’s past, present and future.

A project that will see a new piece of public art commissioned for Wednesfield is looking for local people to share their views and opinions on Wednesfield’s past, present and future.

The artwork which will be unveiled in Autumn 2013 is privately funded and is not coming out of the tax payer’s pocket.

Following a successful launch at the Christmas Lights switch on event, the panel of community members behind the project are now looking for your feedback and creative ideas for the piece of art which is designed to strengthen links between Bentley Bridge Retail Park and Wednesfield Village.

Take part in the Survey

To take part in the project, simply fill in this short online survey (it should only take 2 mins of your time) and all of the responses will be fed back to the artist who is commissioned to create the new artwork.

Local People Involved

A panel of local people (including WV11’s Steph & James) has been formed to choose an artist who will spend time talking to the local community about the type of artwork they would like to see, before creating and unveiling the final piece in Autumn 2013.

We will be posting regular updates about the project over the next few months, so keep checking back for news.
