Thursday 4th April B.F Done and other local retailers are holding the Ashmore Park Easter Trail.
Running 10am – 4pm, The trail will start at the library where families will be given a sheet (depending on the children’s age) where they will follow the trail along the parade and back to the library. Completed sheets will be handed in to receive a prize and entered into a prize draw to win an Easter Hamper.
The clues will be displayed in selected shop windows and along the parade. It will be a fun free local community activity and hopefully will promote Ashmore Park Shopping Parade to ensure new and returning consumers. Thanks are being given to the majority of shops on the parade who are taking part and have been supportive.
Nationally a project is being run called INDIE EASTER this is is to promote independent shops and how just £1 spent in the local community has a significant effect to the local economy. More details can be found on their website www.indieeaster.co.uk.
