The Wolverhampton Health Trainers are here to support, guide and motivate you to success.  It’s a free and confidential service available to people over the age of 16 who live, work or have a GP registered in Wolverhampton. Health Trainers see you on a 1:1 basis to help you make a lifestyle change in one of the following areas:
