Wednesfield North Labour Councillor Phil Bateman is calling residents living near Devil’s Elbow canal bridge to join a ‘canal watch’ scheme for the area.
After a number of reports from residents of anti-social behaviour, including an incident in which the air ambulance was required to treat a motorcyclist who was injured whilst riding along the tow path Cllr Bateman is looking for residents to form a neighbourhood watch style scheme in this area.
