Wolverhampton – Report it!

Wolverhampton Report It is a FREE mobile app that enables the public and council workers to report issues such as potholes, fly tipping or litter directly from the scene via a mobile phone or tablet.

Wolverhampton City Council have introduced a new way for you to report problems to the council without having hunt around to find the right department to get in touch with.

Wolverhampton Report It is a FREE mobile app that enables the public and council workers to report issues such as potholes, fly tipping or litter directly from the scene via a mobile phone or tablet.

Unlike when using existing services like Fix My Street  the reports then get sent straight to the council’s customer contact centre which assigns them for action.

All you need to do is download the app to your mobile device and away you go. The first time you use the app you will need to sign up but once you’re in, you’re in! You can add photos to highlight your report and the phones GPS will even help you find your location if you don’t have an exact address.

No smartphone? No problem

You can also submit a report in the following ways:

  • Use the web site. Simply go to the sign in page (where you can use existing social media accounts to sign in ) and add the details.
You simply select a location on a map (or type it in), add a picture (if you have one), give a few details (such as a description) and upload.
  • By TEXT or MMS.
Just send a Text or MMS message to 07725 20 20 20 with LCS-WLV in the Subject field or as the first part of the text in the message. Include a picture if you can and give us a description of the report and describe the location and we’ll get back to you if we need more information.

Once reported you can then visit the website to track the progress of your reports and also see other reports from your area

To download the app, simply search for ‘Wolverhampton Report It’ in the Apple App Store or Android Play Store
