Wednesfield History Society is bringing the Staffordshire Hoard Mercian Trail Community Touring Exhibition to Wednesfield this March / April!
This FREE exciting interactive touring exhibition tells the fascinating story of how the Staffordshire Hoard was found and saved for the nation.
Created by the museums team at Staffordshire County Council with the help of the Mercian Trail Partnership, the exhibition is travelling to venues across Staffordshire and the West Midlands over the next three years and will come to Wednesfield High School for 4 weeks in March and April, 2016.
Perfect for adults and children alike, the exhibition features high quality replicas of the Staffordshire Hoard, showing how it might have looked when it was first crafted, alongside hands-on interactives.
The hoard exhibition will be open at Wednesfield High School on the following dates / times:
